Types of Countertops in your mobile home

The homes that we rehab have countertops that are either formica or butcher block, we will leave the old ones in the homes if they are not damaged, sadly most are.
If you are going to sell or rent a mobile home keep in mind that everybody wants a nice home to live in but it does not have be the latest HGTV trends.
There is no need to Install granite, or any of the more expensive tops just take that extra money and spend it on little extra nice things for the homes, like maybe painting the outside or installing some nicer grade of appliances, or you could put tile on the tub or shower walls, these types of upgrades really make the house look like a home.
Go to your local habitat store to find butcher block for about 150.00 for 8 feet or go to the big box stores, its a little higher here but they usually have it in stock.
