How Do I Invest When I Don't Want To Be A Landlord ???????????????????

There are many different ways you can invest without being a landlord my personal preference is investing in the affordable housing niche. This is mobile home investing for me and selling these homes once they are repaired to end buyers for monthly payments no land lording involved.
Here is a list of other ways you can invest and not be a landlord-
1- you can pay lot rent on the homes we buy to rehab for a good return on your money
2- you can fund the rehabs for either a good return on your money or if the homes sells for cash we will split the profit with you
3-you can fund everything yourself and I will show you how to rehab the home using the guys that help us and you get all the money
4- you can invest in syndication deals which is where people start investing funds to buy real estate and you get a good return on your money
5- tax liens are a great way to make passive income without actually owning the homes and its backed by the federal government
6- tax overages are when the homes sell for more than whats owed in back taxes and you have to find the people that lost the home and sign them up for a fee to collect the overage, this works for tax sales and mortgage overages
7- wholesaling is putting homes under contract and selling the contract to a buyer
8- wholetaiing is buying the home and cleaning it out then doing minimal if any repairs then reselling the home for a profit
9- you can invest in the stock market buying mutual funds or index funds
