what can happen when your tenant violates park rules

The park could if they wanted force you to move home out of the park, in my experience that is the last thing they want is an empty lot to rent again, most of the time they will force you to evict the tenant.
I have a tenant now that is probably one more issue away from the park telling that he has to go because they are fighting with their next door neighbor over dumb things like loud music and instead of calling the park manager they are confronting each other.
This will happen often in our entitled society as everyone thinks they should get what they want no matter who it hurts or causes problems with.
Hopefully communicating my issue to them about fighting with their neighbors is a no go in this park will resolve the issue only time will tell.
I made the mistake the other day of trying to talk to a resident in a park that own a home in not realizing that apparently he is military vet with many mental issues, point is you never know the different types of people you will encounter when owning these homes or what they are going through.  Try to be kind to each other
