What do I do now? So much noise is coming at me from every direction!

So many experts out there with so many credentials and years of experience saying opposite things will happen at conflicting times....

If you are like me and try to keep abreast of macro and micro events happening around me you must be confused.....

Here are some of the largest conflicting stories out there and things I wonder about:

1. Dollar value- will it go up or down. Both have there advantages to investors depending on how you play it

2. Deflation vs Inflation- I vote for both! I want my everyday purchases to go down in cost (deflation) and my RE to up in cost (Inflation)

3. Gold & Silver- will these precious metals continue their run or will we see a significant pull back. Is their pricing tied to inflation, weak dollars or long term interest rates?

4. Will we have a 2nd, 3rd and 4th round of CV19?

5. Will we have a vaccine by year end? If we do, will it be a "one and done" vaccine or will we need new vaccines every season for mutations?

6. Is this whole CV19 thing blown out of proportion and designed to draw attention away from global financial resets, the presidential election, the shrinking of the middle class and the redistribution of wealth from the middle class to the 1%?

7. Why are some of the biggest banks recording record profits at a time like this? Why do the rules keep changing in favor of the banks?

8. Why does The Fed constantly distort markets with their intervention?

9. Why do channels like CNBC not disclose what commentators own what stocks? They can pump stocks in either direction with just a few words to their benefit.

10. Why hasn't anyone taken Twitter away from The President?

11. Is it a good time to buy or sell RE in my market?

12. Who has the actual facts about CV19 that are not politicized?

13. Why is their no universal best practices on how to treat CV19?

14. Why is the stock market at record highs with record bankruptcies, unemployment and a supply/demand shock happening?

15. Who thinks it is a good idea to shutdown entire cities to isolate people to prevent the spread of CV19 but allow mass protests of any kind? I am all for protests but putting 1000's of people at risk is not cool.

16. Why do the long term side effects of CV19 seem to not make the news much?

17. What RE investment strategies should I be using right now?

I could go on and on.... The point is that there is too much going on in the world for me to process at any one time and make informed decisions. Chaos and conflicting stories are coming at me from many directions right now.

My personal take away from all the chaos is this:

1. Focus on your local market data and markets almost exclusively

2. Seek other markets if yours does not have investment opportunities that fit your goals

3. Stack cash or credit right now. You can't spend it if you do not have it. Times of chaos typically produce good buying/acquisition opportunities.

4. Learn, share and network- we have more time on our hands so put it to good use

5. Assess your goals- are they still relevant, do they still apply, do I need to modify them (strategies/tactics)

6. Cut the fat- cut all the excess/waste out of your life in regard to bad investments, dirty closets, etc so when the smoke clears you are laser focused. If you need to sell property to stack cash or prevent financial hardship/foreclosure then do it. A good investor knows when to buy and when to sell.

7. Remember to have fun and enjoy your life. Find things to do daily to keep you and your family centered and connected. (walks, movies, exercise, etc)

8. GET READY TO RUMBLE!!!!! When the smoke clears the early birds will get the worms. Have your plan(s) ready to execute at the first and best opportunity.

Control what you can control!

My thoughts and opinions only.... No offense to anyone intended obviously.

Excuse all typos!
