Multi-Family on Center St Wallingford Rehab Update

This multi-family property was purchased in February. Our plan is to rehab all 3 floors and have it ready to rent for tenants by May. We recently took some videos that we wanted to share on what our game plan is for each floor of the property. We are adding a room to the first floor, adding a bathroom to the second floor, and the proper egresses for the second and third floor.

In the following video, Jeff, our business partner and rehab expert, walks through his thought process for each floor and what we are looking to do as we progress through this big rehab.
