Real Estate Investment 2-Family [Update] - MUCH NEEDED CLEANING!

We recently closed on this property, a multi-family property investment property in Wallingford, CT in a great location. This massive property has 3 floors and lots of character! If you haven't seen the intro video, go check it out!

As you can see, this property was filled with trash, furniture, dead birds, and lots of terrible odors! So the first thing we started doing this week was removing all of the garbage and doing some much needed cleanup. One of the challenges of this task was getting trash from the top 2 floors without having to travel the stairs multiple times, which wastes time and costs extra money. Our solution was to purchase the Easy Chute. This handy device gave us easy access from the windows to the dumpsters below, and was well worth the cost! We will be using these for every project going forward.
