Real Estate Investing In Wallingford CT - BRRR 1 Update

This week we've been working hard to find an HVAC contractor that will work with investors, we are looking to do forced heating in this property and many of the estimates we have received are well above where we were budgeting. So we are continuing to field estimates from other contractors until we come across one that is close enough to where we need to be. This has caused some delay in our progress, but we still have been able to make progress in other areas of the rehab.

Here are some of the highlights of the week:

• All of the plumbing work has been completed up to this point
• The basement bathroom has been installed
• All of the framing work has been completed

So while we are working on the HVAC part of the rehab, we are still moving forward with our sights set on completing everything in time for our tenants to move in by May.
