First Property Closed in 2018!

We finally closed on a 3 bed, 1 bath, single family home in Wallingford, CT. This one took a while to close due to the seller needing to secure foreclosure on the property before being able to sell it to us. This took about 2 months longer than we had hoped, but it's finally over and we are starting the rehab. 

Our strategy for this property is BRRR. This will be our second BRRR property (our first is a 6 family in Middletown that we closed on a year ago).

We just did the initial walkthrough of the property a few days ago and have started demo work. Here is a video of the walkthrough:
