Rehabbing Wholesale Properties

If you're looking into the house flipping or "rehabbing" business, one of the best types of properties to look for are wholesale properties. Wholesale properties are perfect for house flipping because they're convenient, cheap and there's plenty to go around. Usually a house flipper can buy enough properties from a single wholesaler to keep them busy with projects for a while.

We specialize in buying and selling wholesale properties. A lot of them end up going to someone who intends on performing a complete rehab on the house we sell them. Wholesaling is kind of like flipping except that the time frame is shorter and no serious repairs are made to the home before a sale. This will allow a house flipping team to come in and perform all repairs needed and have it totally customized how they want it.

Wholesale properties are usually far below competitor's prices. For obvious reasons of course. These properties are usually in need of some major repairs; which makes them perfect for flip projects. But this also lowers the price of the house as is. I've heard of rehabbers making $50K+ on wholesale properties they've flipped.
