Selling Wholesale Properties

Do you have a property you can't seem to get rid of? We have years of experience in real estate wholesaling and buying so we've got a few tricks up our sleeves. Hopefully some of these can help you out!

The first (and probably the easiest) is posting up signage in the local area. We've done this several times and usually have calls all day. You can make some by hand or even have them professionally printed out. Different cities have restrictions on this kind of advertising though so you'll have to check with them first.

Next, look at your phone contacts at any investors you've worked with in the past. If you haven't heard from one in a while, try giving them a call. You never know what can come out of reconnecting with an old colleague.

Another trick we've used is pulling up a list of renters or real estate agents in the area. You can give them a call and simply ask if they're interested in investing into another property. What we've found is the answer is usually yes!

Our last strategy we've used in the past is a simple "For Sale" post online. Whether that be Craigslist, Facebook, or ClassifiedAds.com etc,. I bet you can hop onto your local area in Craigslist right now and find dozens of properties up for sale.
