Moving forward one condo at a time.

Hi everyone,

It's been quiet around here for some time, I know. Sorry about that. How do you start a real estate business? Some people live in markets where they can just jump in, while others have to make preparations to move to a different market. For me it's been more of the latter. Living in a town and country where real estate prices are inflated, it can be hard to figure out where to begin.

To be able to run a successful real estate business I've begun my 3 year Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering, specializing in housing and intrastructure. While doing so I'm spending my spare time mapping out and completing the tasks that need to be done before my first purchase. I won't go into the details just yet, but I'll keep you posted when I get closer.

Ingrid.

  1. Thanks for sharing! It resonates with me that you are establishing your base and moving forward, that is what I am up,to as well. As much as I'd like instant results it takes more time than that. It's refreshing to read, and a good reminder that not everything is a sudden success.
