The BiggerPockets Real Estate FilePlace is Now Live!
In our latest enhancement to the BiggerPockets website, we've just launched our BiggerPockets Real Estate FilePlace.
Features & Benefits - This new feature will allow our users to easily share and download real estate files. Whether you're looking for documents to help your business or want to help the overall real estate community by sharing your most useful real estate files, the BiggerPockets FilePlace will help you with your needs.
Members can upload and share forms, documents, spreadsheets, templates, ebooks, letters, presentations, and other files with their fellow BiggerPockets members. They can also now attach these files to thieir forum posts and property listings, to facilitate in the sharing. While any member can download shared files, we do restrict the number of files you can download each week.
That said . . .
Our BiggerPockets PRO members get even more value from the FilePlace, with the ability to create a private repository of real estate files, and the ablity to download an unlimited number of files.
Reviews & Ratings - We've built in a 5-star rating system to allow those people who have downloaded a file to rate it, and have also given users who have downloaded a file to review that file.

Thanks for the message, Keith. That was the goal! While there are many great files in the FilePlace, we could always use more. I urge anyone with spreadsheets and any other kind of sample document to share. Not only is it a great way to help the community, but it is a great way to build credibility.

joshua, just went to the fileplace for the first time tonight...wow-wa! what a huge resource for a beginner investor like myself (and for seasoned investors as well, right?). i can't stay up all night reading the files, but wish i could! thanks to everyone that has contributed to the fileplace. sage
