Looking to invest in Rentals in Cincinnati

Scott Hertzog
Posted

Hey everyone,

I am coming into this game a little later in life. Currently have a great job but want to start acquiring  2-4 unit complexes. My first thing is to start built relationships with realtors and property managers. It will be very important to have both in place because of the fact I will be investing out-of-state. I would like to have a small portfolio in 2 years. If anyone in this area has a good recommendation I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

If you are out of state, why Cincinnati? What was your process to lock in on that market? It can be a very good market, but the why behind your choice may help us give you better advice on how to move forward.

Before realtors and property managers, you really need to meet other investors so you are making a good move by trying to do that here, but it would be better if you could do it in person. Even in your area, you may meet other out of state investors so you have more context for when you talk to the people who will make up your team there.

Cincinnati is love, Cincinnati is life!!
