Hello Joseph, my name is Lavance and I own and operate Raising Detroit. I would love to connect and discuss your needs in Detroit. I have experience working with out of state investors and am transparent and fair with pricing. Thanks!

Hey Joseph, this is a tall order.
The folks that have these contacts (like myself) guard them pretty heavily and also keep their contractors busy.
It's not a selfish thing, it's just business. We've had to make these connections over years and by trial and error. That means we've gone through all the horror stories, scammers, folks running off with money, shoddy work, etc.
So you'll probably find few, if any, folks willing to hand those relationships over.
My advice would be to test folks out on small jobs and work them up to doing larger ones. Maybe try visiting and showing your face so you're not just a random OOS investor if you feel they're taking advantage of that.
@Joseph Lombard we agree with @Travis Biziorek.
Suggest you change your post title to: "DIY Investors Please Share Your Detroit Area Contractors" or something similar to appeal to fellow DIY'ers and any contractors.
