Mold remediation - do it yourself or use insurance
My boyfriend and I moved into an investment property a few months ago and had we've been fixing it up. We hit black mold in the laundry room of a small 4 bedroom 2 bath house. I found out my home insurance covers me up to $10000 for mold and I wondering if it's OK to use it or if I should do it myself. Thoughts?
