Are annual fire inspections necessary for coverage?
I am located in Canada.
Do you usually get inspections every year like clockwork? I honestly fell behind during Covid and was wondering if insurance would possibly deny a claim if a fire were to start and there was no record of any recent inspections.
I do check batteries and extinguishers but obviously I cannot certify the fire panels.
Thanks,
Byron
