Using public adjusters?

Hi All,

I'm curious to find out who all is familiar with what a public adjuster is or if you have worked with one? If you have worked with a public adjuster in the past, what was your experience like? Did you find the experience and the services they provided valuable?

I'm curious too if you've never heard of a public adjuster or maybe you've heard the term but aren't sure what it means.

Full disclosure I am on BP as a real estate investor, however I am a public adjuster in the Central Florida area. Not intending to solicit here, I'm more interested to find out people's understanding or knowledge of our industry.
