So many questions about BRRR/LLC/INSURANCE

I have so.many questions. Brand new investor amd eager to learn. My wife and I have purchased a single family home that we just closed on and a duplex that we should be closing on any day. I need advice on insurance/LLC and also would love someone to explain to me in for dummies terms BRRR'ing I have read the book and think I understand, but experience is everything. Also both places purchased with cash.
