Cost of basic Homeowners Insurance on a 4-plex upstate NY?

Curious what people are paying for Homeowners Insurance for small multi families in upstate NY, I'm invested in the Rochester area. I've received a few quotes that seem extremely high. Also curious what type of insurance other investors are going with? Full replacement vs cash value, basic coverage vs extended coverage, etc. Interested to hear what info others may have! Thanks in advance!
