Insurance needs for property and business owners

Hey everyone, I have been listening to bigger pockets for a few years now. I joined the platform last year. Im currently a office manager/part owner for a farmer’s insurance agency in Illinois. I haven’t heard lots of talk about insurance needs when it comes to property owners/investors. For any of you who are experienced investors, what coverages have you needed?? I love to hear your input, because right now I’m trying to reach out to local investors. Thanks!!
