Appropriate Insurance to Cover Half-Owner-Occupied Duplex

In the process of purchasing a duplex (3 bdrm/2ba each unit). I will occupy one side and rent the other. No major renovations required at this time. Do I need Coverages A-F? Can I opt out of B coverage if I don't have other structures on the property? Any suggestions on values for dwelling, personal property, personal liability, and medical payments? All advice is appreciated.
