Insurance - Water & Sewer Backup/Overflow
Is your building covered for Sewer and Drain Backup/Overflow?
Did you know that not all policies automatically cover Sewer and Drain Backup?
While many assume this a coverage that is automatically included when purchasing a policy. Sewer and Drain Backup is an endorsement that in most cases needs to be added to a policy. The endorsement can be added at minimal additional premium but you must check that it is included on your policy/quote!
(This can apply to your homeowners policy as well be sure to check that the coverage is included on your policy)
