In between Renters and Before First Renters

I wanted to post on this as I have seen it happen recently in various areas of the country.

When buying a property that will need some work done before you can get renters in (or in between renters) make sure to know your coverage on the property. There has been some problems with people waiting until all the work is done on a home and then taking various items (furnace, A/C, appliances) before new renters are in. Just make sure you have coverage for the theft, and a plan for the home while it is vacant. How long it is vacant is important as well.

Just a heads up
