Should I get an umbrella insurance coverage for my 2 fam home? I have a tenant in the upper unit who is a older lady and god forbid she falls down the stairs I don't think my insurance will cover any if not all expenses. Any recommendations on what insurance company to go with ? I live in Massachusetts. Thank you in advance.

@Michal Kasza

Yes, everyone should have an umbrella policy. It is coverage for dollar the least expensive insurance you can purchase. Make sure your underlying policies are set up right, and you get what you pay for.
