Landlord Insurance for a small multifamily
Insurance rates are going up again. $2000 last year, almost $2500 this year. My fourplex is currently covered by Traveler's Insurance. Should I be looking somewhere else for a landlord policy? Or is this just the way it is, it's going up by 20% everywhere?

Yes, agreed. I have talked to my broker, he isn't seeing anything better. I'm just wondering if there are other places people are looking that I should consider.
