Insuring a home for conventional financing.

Hey BP peeps.  My wife and I are in the process of buying a fixer upper with conventional financing.  The only hiccup we are having securing insurance to satisfy the lender.  I am reaching out to see if there are particular companies that insure homes that do not pass typical 4 point inspections that most companies require.
