Would ice dam damage be covered by homeowners insurance?
I have some ice dam build up on my roof with a little bit of water damage as well as part of a roof that is sagging because of it. Just wondering if it would be covered by insurance, and if it is, would it otherwise be worth it to just pay it out of pocket so my rates don't go up?
