I am in the process of building a new subdivision, comprised of 10 SFH on individual tax lots that will be put up for rent upon completion as a build and hold investment. Looking for Course of Construction insurance that can will transition to Landlord Insurance upon completion of each dwelling. Any recommendations on insurance agents and general rules for average rate per sq foot. All homes are outside the 100 yr flood plain.
