Insurance multi state
Hello BP,
I'm looking for an Insurance company that I can bundle my home, auto, and rentals that are in Oregon and Florida. I also need to have flood insurance for one of my duplexes in Florida, any recommendations?

Ok thank you. I have rentals in Florida and Oregon and all of my personal stuff is in Oregon.
Then I would keep OR and FL seperate. Once you get beyond 5-10 rentals in OR, your personal insurance carrier will no longer be able to handle and you will need to move that portfolio to a commercial policy.
Not use if it will ever make financial sense to bundle all your rentals with the same company. Any OR carrier will most likely not offer coverage in FL, and any FL company will not be able to compete on pricing you will get from any of the standard companies writing your OR portfolio.
