Hey everyone! I'm doing a single family BRRRR deal in Birmingham and I am looking to find local investors recommendations on a good insurance company/agent to get this done efficiently and affordably. I have great contacts in the multi family insurance segment but I haven't done a SFR deal in Birmingham of this type. All suggestions appreciated!
