Type of Insurance for rental properties LLC

I want to know where i can get Landlord insurance that is inexpensive. I have 2 properties, they are free and clear. And one property with a loan.    I would like to get Landlord insurance for all 3 properties.   Or Am i better off with 1 Landlord insurance on the properties with a loan. That is require due to the loan.     

The quotes on each one is around 2k per year.   That seems high to me.  Where are you guys getting your insurance ? Or What other options do I have to make sure I'm cover. 

The 2 properties are in LLC, and i'm in Texas.
