Hi there,

What are some good websites for liability insurance, umbrella insurance, and any other forms of insurance a SFH investor should have?

I'm looking to do the umbrella insurance method over LLC (reside in CA/want to invest out-of-state & avoid CA Nexus cost).

I'm also open to any articles, PDFs, books, or videos that cover this topic in an accurate way (i.e., what coverage is needed, recommended, and not necessary when buying assets personally without LLC).
