Insurance recommendations for LLC during flip hold

We are in central Texas.  Single family home in San Antonio.  Hopefully hold for 6 months or less.  Any insurance companies/agents that you can suggest?  Are there any special considerations on the policy itself?  I assume we don't need any contents coverage for an empty house right?  Thanks in advance.
