Insurance for a SF & duplex on the same property

Good morning Bigger Pockets!!

My husband and I are looking to purchase a single family home that also comes with a duplex on the same lot. They have the same address, the hour is 235 Wright and the duplex is 235 A&B. We are having a difficult time finding insurance at a reasonable price. No one wants to take the risk, or they want 2 policies. The house was built 1958 and is 2,600 Sq ft so the home owners is high itself.

Has anyone had this issue? Were you able to get them on the same policy? Any suggestions?
