Blanket Liability Policy Property Limits
I'm a part time RE investor with 6 rentals. When opening my personal liability policy with "a large insurance company" I was told that the policy woud cover 4 properties. After a review, the policy covers 4 properties. On the policy the properties were listed by address. I recently discovered that because I now own 6 rentals, NONE of the rentals are covered.
Anyone else have the same experience?
Also, finding it difficult to find a blanket to cover the properties, all the insurance companies demand that they carry all my properties, some all insurance (Home, auto, liability).
Help and thoughts?
