Builder's Risk Insurance
Hi there!
I am currently in due diligence for a property that my husband and I are purchasing for a house flipping project. I am doing a lot of research and can't find solid answers as to the type of insurance we should obtain for this project. Most claim Builder's Risk insurance for this but I also can't seem to find an agency that will allow me the type of coverage I need to resell the property after renovations. I've also read about vacancy policies. Not sure which policy I should go with and who out there offers the type of coverage we need for purchasing, renovating to flip, and reselling the property after renovations for profit. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

@Aashna Ahmed For flips you should check out the insurance through https://nreig.com/.
@Jason Bott Can also provide more information on their products.
