Hi guys! My husband and I are currently in due diligence period for a house in Atlanta. This will be our first house flipping project! As we are just starting out, I'm wondering if the pros on here could give some advice on how to start exploring homeowners insurance for the project. I've read about all different types of policies (builder's risk, vacancy, etc.) but not sure where to start or what we think we might need along the way. The seller accepted our offer of $130k. The house has a potential resale value of $200k. Thanks in advance for the help, tips, and advice!
