Insurance claim question

Hello all, would like some help on a rental property unusual claim question. Here goes!

My rental property was damaged due to the house next door burning. My house sustained damage to the siding, roof, etc., etc., so I contacted the insurance company of the named insured who owned the property and put in a claim for my damages. I also found out I have the same insurance carrier. The house next door that burned was a rental property! After several weeks working with the claims person they finally told me that I would have no coverage as the named insured of the house that burned was not LEGALLY Liable due to their investigation determining that the fire was intentionally set by the tenant and traces of a flammable liquid were found on the rear wall of the home. So, my house sustained damage and they are denying me any coverage under their policy. They told me to make a claim on my own policy. This sounds to me like a barrel of stuff. Does anyone have any similar situations or maybe some direction.

I am mad and want their policy to cover my damage. Thanks, Glenn
