Title Insurance and an Attorney's Opinion of Title

Gene Bonham
Posted

I have an "Attorney's Opinion of Title" regarding my home. I need the name of a Title Company who's underwriters will issue me a title insurance Policy based on this type of document without having to pay for a repeat title search. I have talked to First American and Fidelity but the individuals that I have spoken with were not familiar with an "Attorney's Opinion of Title" or a "Certificate of Title". Any suggestions?  Thanks Gene
