Duplex Insurance in West Chester, PA

I am currently under contract for a Multi Unit Duplex in West Chester, PA.  I will be living in one unit and renting the other.  The house in total is around 3000sq ft.  The unit I will be living in is around 1000sq ft.  I have been quoted rates of around $2200/year and that seeems high.  Any recommendations for good local agents I can price compare?
