Need Advice on Owner-Occupied Insurance in Tampa

Hello All,

I am a newbie and been searching through this amazing website for weeks.  I am now under contract and about to close on a two-story triplex in Tampa where I'll live in one of the units.

My question pertains to homeowner's insurance.  Can anyone recommend a reputable insurance company for an owner-occupied triplex?  I am working with an insurance agent and doing my own research, but not too thrilled about what's been discovered.

Also, any advice on obtaining umbrella coverage for the entire building and requiring each tenant to acquire their own renter's insurance?  Since I'll be living in the building, I don't think a landlord/commercial policy would apply.  Correct?

Thank you all in advance for your replies and I look forward to growing over time through this incredible website.  Cheers!
