Insurance for investment property in Decautur GA- need referral

Hi All,

I need help with a reputable insurance agent in Atlanta Georgia. I purchased an investment property in Decatur GA (outskirts of Atlanta). I need to have the roof replace and also install a fence. the property is under the LLC name , but My relative is staying in the property fixing it as well. Any recommendations on insurance companies or agent in that area and what kind of insurance I need while I finish fixing the house ? I live in Orlando FL and not very familiar with the Atlanta area.
