How to find out the neighbors insurance company?

There was a fire at the house next to one of my rentals that has damaged the siding on my property. We have been unable to reach the owner of the property. Is there a way to find out which company has insured them to make a claim on their insurance. The damage is significant but still below my deductible so claiming from my own insurance is not possible
