I'm looking to buy an insurance for our real estate LLC. We mostly do flips related to vacant land. I am a new investor and looking for advise on what I should be things I should be considering before buying an insurance and then who should I buy it from? Any recommendations?

Is having a liability insurance a necessity and what circumstance/situations it mostly covers? Thanks
