Selectmen's deed at Tax Deed Auction
At a tax deed auction in New Hampshire the successful bidder gets a Selectmen's Deed to the property right after closing - I got this from the auctioneer herself. Such deed seems to be one without covenants.
Will the new owner be able to turn around and sell the property like this or is this considered a "defect"? If it's a defect, can it be "fixed"?
