Title company blacklist?

Has anyone heard of a blacklist at the title company. I'm trying to purchase a property and the title company won't insure and don't want to say why. So my closing agent told me they might have that property on the blacklist or the seller. Can anyone shed some light on this. I have another title company running the prelim and everything on the property and will get back to me on Tuesday.
