Multi state Commercial Liability Question

I have two related questions: 1 - We have two sets of properties in NC and Texas and would like to have those all under a single commercial policy. My go to agent can only write in Texas. Any references for agents who can do multi state commercial? 2 - One of the properties in Texas was considered student housing as its location in town is near campus. (We do not rent exclusively to anyone.) My agent had to write a second policy for this MFU. Is it possible to get a single commercial policy for all properties? Thanks for any suggestions.
