Any rule of them to Multi-Family Insurance

I have a couple single units (condo) that I am paying $25-40 a month for insurance.  I am looking at multi-family in the Cleveland, OH. area and I was wondering a good estimate number to carry for a per unit cost.  Thanks in advance.
