Vacant Property Insurance

Hi BP family, I am new to Real Estate investing in Philadelphia and currently have put three SFH under contract in the last 30 days. Our first one closes on April 6th and I am trying to find home owners insurance for it. I spoke with my agent at State Farm and they don't insure homes that are not occupied for longer than 30 days. The homes I bought need some rehab work that will take about 30 days and then we will be renting it out. Does anyone have any recommendations on insurance companies that provide coverage for vacant dwellings? Thanks.
