3 Flat Insurance in Chicago - Coverage and Agent Recommendations

About ready to close on a 3 flat in Chicago and need insurance.  Getting different info from a couple of insurance providers regarding policy "add-ons" and umbrella coverage.  Does anyone have a recommendation on an agent that is experienced in multi unit properties?

If not, what type of coverage/riders are needed for a multi-unit building?
